Anne Simonsen-Barr B.Ost

Anne is originally from Denmark but has lived and worked in England since moving here in her early twenties. Before training as an Osteopath, she worked in healthcare with a wide variety of patients in both hospital and private settings. This gave her a good insight into how injury, illness and disability can impact on patients’ lives and inspired her to become an osteopath.  Anne studied at the British School of Osteopathy in London and graduated in 2007. After qualifying Anne worked in osteopathic and multidisciplinary practices in London and Bedfordshire, working with local rugby teams and athletes.  Anne has completed postgraduate courses in Cranial Osteopathy and enjoys treating pregnant women, babies and children.  Anne has also done a one year Diploma in Classical Osteopathy. 

Anne moved to Cambridge in 2010 after the birth of her son.  She enjoys yoga, meditation and sings in a choir.
