day Homeopathy was brought to us by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann in the early
1800´s. The remedies are essences of natural substances derived from plants, animal material and natural chemicals. The initial consultation takes about an hour and a half and involves
taking a complete medical and personal history. When a detailed picture
of the symptoms is understood a remedy or sequence of remedies can be
prescribed. CKT can be used to gain more information and to support the
homeopathic treatment Homeopathic consultations Your first homeopathic consultation will take about an hour and a quarter. During this time you will be asked questions not only about your present complaint, but about all sorts of other aspects of your life and health, in order to get an accurate picture of you as an individual. This information is then used to select an appropriate remedy, from among the thousands available, with psychological factors, such as stress, bereavement, abuse and suppressed emotions, as well as physical features being taken into consideration. All consultations are subject to the strictest confidentiality. Follow-up interviews of approximately 25-40 minutes duration are usually initially at 4-6 week intervals. At your third appointment your response to treatment can be discussed in relation to realistic outcome and the likely length of time needed to achieve this.
