Hypnotherapy and psychotherapy can be very effective in the treatment of
anxiety, depression, stress and emotional problems
Hypnosis
Hypnosis is really only a ‘wonderful feeling of deep relaxation’. You are wide awake
and fully in control. While in the relaxed state of Hypnosis, your mind is more
receptive to positive and beneficial suggestions, and your memory is enhanced.
Analytical Therapy
If you combine the ‘liberating enlightenment’ of psychotherapy, with the ‘calming
relaxation’ of Hypnosis, then you have ‘Analytical Hypnotherapy’. The use of
hypnosis dramatically ‘speeds up’ psychotherapy, and similar results can be
achieved in just eight to twelve weekly sessions, to those expected from a more
conventional three or four year course of therapy.
Suggestion Therapy
Suggestion therapy is particularly successful in helping people to stop smoking, lose
weight, pass a test (e.g. driving test), to stop nail biting or any other ‘habit’. This type of
therapy usually takes only one or two sessions.
Habits and conditions that Robert has successfully treated include: smoking, anxiety,
depression, blushing, fears, eating disorders, nail biting, obsessions, headaches, skin
disorders, sexual problems and bowel/bladder related problems.
